Once you submit, our team will review your information and contact you within 3-5 business days to confirm details and provide pricing.

We ask for details about your child including: their name, age, pronouns, interests/hobbies, favorite places, important people in their life, cultural background (optional), preferred story tone, desired length, occasion for the book, and your contact information. The more details you provide, the more personalized and special the story will be!

Absolutely! The questionnaire provides a foundation, but we're happy to work with you on additional customizations. After we receive your initial questionnaire, our team will contact you to discuss any special requests or additional details you'd like included in the story.

We offer five beautiful illustration styles: 3D Pixar Style (modern and dimensional), Classic Cartoon (playful and energetic), Fresh Watercolor (soft and dreamy), Sketchy Doodle (creative and artistic), and Claymation (warm and tactile). You can choose from three length options: Short (15-20 pages), Medium (25-30 pages), or Long (35+ pages). Consider your child's age and attention span—younger children typically enjoy shorter books, while older children might prefer longer, more detailed stories.

Delivery time depends on your format choice: PDF orders are delivered in 1 week via email. Hardcover and paperback orders take 1 week to produce (personalization, writing, and printing), plus standard shipping time (5-7 business days). Rush production options may be available—please inquire during the questionnaire process.

Yes! We understand that sometimes you need a gift quickly. Rush options are available with expedited timelines—typically 2-3 weeks. Please mention your deadline in the questionnaire, and our team will discuss rush options and any associated fees when they contact you.

Each VibeTales book is professionally printed and bound as a high-quality hardcover with full-color illustrations on every page. The book is approximately 8x10 inches and features your child's name and likeness integrated throughout the story, making it a truly special keepsake.
